Our new machine base (formerly called a stand) is a direct result of customer feedback. The base is lighter, higher, and more compact without sacrificing the strength and durability of the former stand. A new motor lock prevents any unwanted movement. 

The new base is all steel construction, and designed for easy assembly. The angled leg design and padded levelers keep it secure to the floor for stability.

Move your Williams & Hussey molder with ease with a rugged steel mobile base from Rockler. The 800 lb weight capacity and 5” urethane locking casters give you the ability to move your machine with little effort. The base provides you with adjustability from 18”x 18” to 28”x 28”. Assembly required.

Our elliptical jig can be attached to any of our molders. Looking for more than a standard arch cut? Attach the jig to produce elliptical moldings of architectural sizes to span doors and windows. Our jig is made with high grade steel, black oxided and built to last!

P-123-K (yellow/yellow)

Our feed rolls are made from polyurethane and are 60 & 70 durometer. The 60 durometer (yellow) is our standard roller and is used on both the infeed & outfeed. The 70 durometer (green) roller has a slightly harder surface and should only be used on the outfeed if you are running a lot of small moldings and or running curves. For most applications we would recommend yellow/yellow. This kit includes 2 rollers, 4 axles to hold the rolls in and a tube of thread locker.

P-160-K (yellow/green)

The system includes a 22” long, MDF base plate that protects your knives. Two bed extensions increase your working surface area by 136 square inches. The flex guide compensates for minor variations in stock width while always keeping your stock edge against the fence. A beveled guide design provides a wide entry for stock. 

Note: The GS-1R fits previous version stands that are not the 54-402 machine base.

The GS-2 benefits are similar to the GS-1R with exceptions. Because of the new designed machine base the two bed extensions are not required. The GS-2 base plate is made of HDPE, high density polyethylene material. The material is extremely tough and wear resistant with a low friction surface. Larger ratchet handles allow for a quick set up. Set up is very easy, two screws attach the GS-2 base plate to the machine base, attach your guides and you’re ready to mold. 

Note: Molder beds that do not have screw holes to attach the GS-2 will need to be modified. Item # GS-02 has instructions and the hardware needed to drill holes in your molder bed.

(Model 154 Only)

This kit allows you to change the feed rate from a constant 15’ feed rate per minute to a constant 11’ feed rate per minute. If you want the ability to slow your molders feed rate down to cope with various wood species, then purchase this kit. 

Note: If you are looking to adjust your feed rate from 0-19 fpm with just a turn of a dial consider our VF-104-K or VF-106-K Vari- Feed Kits.

(Model 154 Only)

It takes some practice to make a good panel. On occasion you may find a light chain imprint on the top of your panel. This mark may be removed with a thickness planer or sander. Or, you may install our raised panel kit that will eliminate the chain mark entirely. A simple change of sprockets and chains will allow you to mold raised panels more efficiently.
