54-404 45” POWERTWIST BELT
Use with 54-400 Stand ONLY

W&H has been using a powertwist style belt on our molders since May of 1998. The powertwist belt, reduces machine noise, eliminates belt slippage, absorbs vibration and outlast conventional belts. The 45” belt is used on our stands manufactured July 2010 to this date. If you are purchasing a 54-402 Stand this belt will be needed.
Due to design changes in the current stand the belt size changed from a 47” to a 45” size. Our 47” belt is available for our older style stands, phone orders only.

Feed Roll Kit (Yellow/Green) - P-160-K

Our feed rolls are made from polyurethane and are 60 & 70 durometer. The 60 durometer (yellow) is our standard roller and is used on both the infeed & outfeed. The 70 durometer (green) roller has a slightly harder surface and should only be used on the outfeed if you are running a lot of small moldings and or running curves. For most applications we would recommend yellow/yellow. This kit includes 2 rollers, 4 axles to hold the rolls in and a tube of thread locker.

GS-02 HARDWARE BAG FOR MOLDER BED
Important, please read description

This hardware kit will be needed if purchasing a GS-2 Guide System if the following applies. Molder beds that do not have (2) screw holes, 1 infeed side and 1 outfeed side to attach the sub plate, the hardware kit will be needed. This kit includes the hardware, measuring gauge for proper alignment and instructions on drilling the holes in the molder bed.Molder beds July 2010 to this date will have the holes drilled from the manufacturer, if so, the hardware kit bag is not needed.

Guide System - GS-2

The GS-2 guide system increases your working surface and protects knives that may cut below stock thickness. Profiles such as crown bottoms, half rounds, quarter rounds and screen molds may cut below stock thickness.
The GS-2 guide system includes a 22” long, ½” thick HDPE, high density polyethylene millable material. The material is extremely tough and wear resistant with a low friction surface. The sub plate attaches directly to the bed of the molder with two screws. A flex guide, straight guide, adjusting handles and hardware are also included. The flex guide is beveled providing a wide entry for stock.

Note: Molder beds that do not have screw holes to attach the GS-2 will need to be modified. Item # GS-02 has instructions and the hardware needed to drill holes in your molder bed. See Item # GS-02

Kits - 11 Feet Per Minute Kit - 54-310-K

(Model 154 Only)
This kit allows you to change the feed rate from a constant 15’ feed rate per minute to a constant 11’ feed rate per minute. If you want the ability to slow your molders feed rate down to cope with various wood species, then purchase this kit.
Note: If you are looking to adjust your feed rate from 0-19 fpm with just a turn of a dial consider our VF-104-K or VF-106-K Vari- Feed Kits.

Kits - Raised Panel Kit - 54-312-K

(Model 154 Only)
It takes some practice to make a good panel. On occasion you may find a light chain imprint on the top of your panel. This mark may be removed with a thickness planer or sander. Or, you may install our raised panel kit that will eliminate the chain mark entirely. A simple change of sprockets and chains will allow you to mold raised panels more efficiently.
