This complete system replaces outdated cast iron and sheet metal chip deflectors with a modern, high-performance design. Made from durable LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene), the chip extractor improves chip flow, enhances knife coverage, and supports safer, cleaner molding operations. This assembly is sold as a complete, matched kit to ensure proper fit and performance.

What’s Included

This complete assembly includes:

• Cast iron Head with Plunger and Jam Nut installed
• Chip Extractor Assembly
• (2) Arbor Bearings
• (4 each) Pressure Screws, Pressure Springs, Spring Guides, and Check Nuts.

All components are engineered to work together as a matched system.

Important Compatibility Information

This assembly is compatible with Williams & Hussey molders.

The chip extractor component is not sold separately unless your molder was manufactured in 2020 or newer. For machines manufactured prior to 2020, the extractor must be purchased as part of this complete assembly.

Multi-Pass Compatibility

If your machine uses multi-pass capabilities, make sure you are using the modified swing arm (P-100 REV A). Original swing arms, like the P-100, may not be compatible with this head assembly.
