Description

Upgrade your W&H Molder Chip Deflector to our 54-520-K Chip Extractor & Head Assembly.  Replace the old cast iron & sheet metal with a Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Chip Extractor.  This assembly is designed for better chip flow with complete coverage of the knife area.  The Chip Extractor & Head Assembly features a 4″ dust collection port.

Assembly includes: Head with Plunger and Jam Nut installed, Chip Extractor, (2) Arbor Bearings, (4 of each) pressure screws, pressure springs, spring guides & check nuts.
