Whether you’re upgrading worn rolls or adjusting for specific production needs, our polyurethane feed rolls deliver consistent performance and reliability.

Durometer Options: Choose the Grip and Durability You Need

Our feed rolls are available in two polyurethane hardness levels to match your material and job type:

• Yellow (60 durometer): Softer material grips better—ideal for short runs, single passes, and softer profiles.
• Green (70 durometer): Slightly harder and longer-lasting—perfect for multi-pass jobs and continuous use.

Feed Roll Kit Options

Each kit includes two feed rolls and four axles, with configurations tailored for grip, durability, or a combination of both:

• P-123-K – Two yellow rolls & four axles. Best for soft edges and light-duty runs.
• P-160-K – One yellow and one green roll & four axles. Use yellow on the infeed (for a better grip) and green on the outfeed (for added durability).
• P-170-K – Two green rolls & four axles. Designed for multi-pass or high-volume use where feed rolls wear in consistent locations.

All parts are built to factory specs for a perfect fit and easy installation:

• 2 Polyurethane Feed Rolls
• 2 P-122 Axles (1⅝”, Post Side)
• 1 P-124 Infeed Axle (3¼”)
• 1 P-224 Outfeed Axle (3¾”)
• 2 Rest Screws & Thread Locker

From legacy models like the W7 and 154 to the current 206, 209, and 154CE models—this kit is fully compatible.
