Description

The GS-2-1 guide system increases your working surface and protects knives that may cut below stock thickness.  Profiles such as crown bottoms, half rounds, quarter rounds and screen molds may cut below stock thickness.

The GS-2-1 guide system includes a 23 1/2” long, ½” thick HDPE, high density polyethylene millable material.  The material is extremely tough and wear resistant with a low friction surface.  The sub plate attaches directly to the bed of the molder with two screws.  A flex guide, straight guide, adjusting handles and hardware are also included.  The flex guide is beveled providing a wide entry for stock.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

MOLDER BEDS REQUIRE 2 HOLES TO ATTACH THE SUBPLATE. 

BEDS WITHOUT THESE HOLES WILL REQUIRE HARDWARE BAG GS-02.

HOW TO ATTACH A GUIDE SYSTEM

Please note that Williams & Hussey molder beds older than July 2010 do not have predrilled holes to accommodate the Guide System. The molder bed can be modified to accept the Guide System.
