Guide System Overview

The Williams & Hussey Guide System increases the working surface of your molder and protects knives when profiling stock that cuts below thickness like crown bottoms, quarter rounds, half rounds, and screen moldings. By adding this system to your molder, you gain better support, improved control, and extended knife life.

Durable, Low-Friction Materials

The Guide System includes a 23-1/2″ long, 1/2″ thick HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) sub-plate. This millable material is known for its extreme durability, wear resistance, and low-friction surface, making it ideal for high-performance molding operations.

Important Compatibility Notice

Your molder bed must have two predrilled holes to install the sub-plate.

If your machine does not have these holes (typical of many molders built before July 2010), you will need to order the Hardware Bag for Elliptical Jig and Guide System separately to complete installation.
