The Vari-Feed Chain and Sprocket Kit is engineered to restore smooth, synchronized feed operation in Williams & Hussey variable speed molders.
Located beneath the chain guard and attached to the molder head, this chain-driven assembly powers both the in-feed and out-feed rollers. Over time, chains may stretch and sprocket teeth may wear, leading to:
- Uneven or inconsistent feed rates
- Roller hesitation or slipping
- Visible chain slack
- Noise from the chain guard area
Replacing worn components with this complete kit ensures proper alignment, consistent feed pressure, and reliable performance.

- (1) P-242 Thread Locker
Important Compatibility Notice

- Williams & Hussey Vari-Feed (Variable Speed) Models
- Machines upgraded to Vari-Feed
Not Compatible With:
- Constant Speed Molders
- Any molder equipped with a gearbox
- Gear-driven feed systems
If your machine uses gearbox oil, this kit is not compatible.
