11 Foot Per Minute Feed Kit – Constant Speed Molders Only

The 11 Foot Per Minute Feed Kit is a replacement sprocket and chain assembly designed for constant speed molders. This kit reduces the standard feed rate from 15 feet per minute to a slower 11 feet per minute. It provides improved control when working with dense wood species and raised panel applications.

This kit replaces discontinued 16-tooth feed sprockets and restores proper feed performance when wear or feed issues occur.

Not compatible with variable feed molders.

When Should You Purchase a 11 Foot Per Minute Feed Kit?

You may need the 11 Foot Per Minute Feed Kit if you notice:

• Feed rolls jumping or slipping
• Inconsistent feed speed
• Feed rolls stopping unexpectedly
• Visible sprocket or chain wear
• Light chain marks on raised panels

If your molder previously used a 16-tooth feed sprocket that is now discontinued, this kit is the required replacement solution.

Installation Location

This kit installs near the gearbox assembly, located between the gearbox and the molder head underneath the chain guard.

Important:
The new sprockets install on the gearbox shaft — not the roller shafts.

Installation instructions are included with the kit.

• (2) 12-tooth feed sprockets
• (1) Infeed chain
• (1) Outfeed chain
